Description
This vintage German pottery vase combines a rounded lower body, narrowed neck and broad flared rim with richly varied brown and beige glaze.
Flowing cream and beige effects stand out against the glossy dark brown surface, while a small red accent adds a touch of colour. The glaze continues into the flared mouth, giving the vase interest from above as well as around its body.
The base is moulded GERMANY 581/20. The form is attributed to Jasba from matching model references. Its exact production date is unknown.
An attractive addition to a collection of vintage German ceramics or a decorative pottery display.
