Purchasing Shipping and Returns

PURCHASING

You can pay by most major cards through Stripe payments and PayPal or you can Buy Now Pay Later With Zip.

You can also pay via our payment plan options. (Note: item will be sent after it is paid in full)

We have 4 Week Payment Plan, 8 Week Payment Plan, 3 Month Payment Plan, 20 Week Payment Plan, 6 Month Payment Plan, 8 Month Payment Plan, 12 Month Payment Plan.

All prices are in AUD$.

We use PayPal, Stripe and ZipMoney (Australia) for the safety & security of your sensitive information, we do not process any of your financial information ourselves, as stated in out Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING

After cleared payment we will ship your Artwork/Pottery in 0-3 business days via Australia Post registered mail with signature on delivery and can take 3-7 business days to arrive to you

If Artworks/Pottery do not arrive, please check your tracking (sent to you via email) and your local post office, also note that postage in Australia can take 3-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

We still offer the same service as domestic, however you will need to get a postage quote off us to add to your invoice and we will ship your Artwork after cleared payment. After cleared payment we will send your artwork/s in 0-3 business days via Australia Post registered mail with signature on delivery

NOTE: The above does not apply to pottery under 2kg which can be purchased as normal.

Just continue through the checkout process as normal and select invoice as payment.

Time to ship to you depends on your location (to get a timeframe email us and we may be able to help).

If you Artwork/Pottery have not arrived check your tracking / local post office (tracking we sent to you via email), if tracking shows no change it may be stuck in customs (sending from one country to another will take some time but in any case if it is stuck in customs contact us and we can see what we can do).

RETURNS

We offer 30 day money back returns* (on-top of your rights under The Australian Consumer Law) as long as the Artwork/Pottery is sent registered post (for proof of send and delivery) and is in original sent condition with no additional damages to Artwork/Pottery, we also require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

We will then inspect the Artwork/Pottery (on arrival) and email you at the earliest convenience to discuss further and make refund arrangements (reply may take up to 4 business days not including local Public Holidays)

If the Artwork/Pottery you’re returning isn’t in the same condition as received, or if it is damaged in transit, we may only give you a partial refund (case by case basis). 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

*Return postage is at your expense & refund does not include any postage your paid.

CHANGE OF MIND / EXCHANGES

Change of mind or Exchanges are a case by case basis, as such there is no guarantee you will get a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

If you want to return an Artwork/Pottery (for reasons not covered under The Australian Consumer Law) after the 30 day return policy contact us and we can see what can be done

After 30 days there is no guarantee that you will get a return.

None of the above waiver your rights under The Australian Consumer Law.
