Description
Royal Doulton Flambé Eastern Grace HN3683
This impressive Royal Doulton figurine depicts an elegantly posed woman wearing a sweeping, richly decorated gown.
Titled Eastern Grace, the figure was designed by Pauline Parsons and issued by Royal Doulton in 1995 as part of a limited edition of 2,500.
The figure is finished in Royal Doulton’s distinctive flambé palette, with a deep glossy red ground complemented by black costume details and expressive passages of blue-green, dark purple and gold decoration.
The flowing lines of the gown, raised arms and elongated form give the figure a strong sculptural presence. At approximately 31.5 cm high, it is a substantial display piece suited to a Royal Doulton, flambé ware or British ceramic collection.
This particular example is individually numbered 752 of 2,500.
