Description
Vintage Remued pottery remains among Australia’s most recognisable and collectable ceramic wares. Produced in Melbourne during the twentieth century, Remued became famous for its distinctive glazes and Australian-inspired organic forms.
This attractive branch-handled vase is a classic example of the company’s work, combining an applied naturalistic handle with a vibrant flowing green glaze that varies beautifully across the body. Every firing produced slightly different glaze effects, making each piece unique.
Whether displayed on its own or as part of a collection of Australian art pottery, this vase offers both decorative appeal and historical significance.
