Description
An antique dark olive-black glass bottle with a cylindrical body, rounded shoulders, a long neck and a substantial neck finish. The dark glass, recessed base and visible surface character give it an appealing period appearance.
Believed to date to the nineteenth-century colonial period. Its form is consistent with wine or spirit bottles, although the maker, exact date, country of manufacture and original contents have not been established.
A characterful piece for a bottle collection or period display. This listing is for one bottle only: bottle No. 3. Photographs showing two views depict the same bottle.
