A charming Royal Copenhagen porcelain Pair of Owls, Model 834, designed by Theodor Madsen and finished in soft naturalistic brown and white tones.

The two owls are modelled closely together on a sculpted base, giving the piece an appealing and affectionate character. The restrained colouring, finely painted feather detail and compact sculptural form are characteristic of Royal Copenhagen’s highly collectable animal and bird figurines.
