Bio

Bio Henk Guth (Dutch/Australian 1921-2002)

Henk Guth was born in Arnhem, Netherlands, and studied at the Arnhem Academy of Art and Design from 1938 to 1942, then moved to Amsterdam to work as an artist. In 1960 he migrated to Australia, He opened an Art Gallery specializing in works of Indigenous Australians as well as his own works and those of other Australian artists.

His works are represented in galleries and collections throughout Australia and Europe. If you have any more information about this artist and would like to share, feel free to send us a email. Our goal is to showcase as much information as possible so it does not get lost in time.
