Description

This Reg Preston Australian studio pottery ginger jar combines a rounded form with a broad removable lid and rich glossy brown glaze.

Bold stylised foliage in crimson and rust-red tones decorates warm ochre-brown panels around the body. Coordinating decoration across the lid completes the design, creating a substantial decorative piece with earthy colour and visual depth.

The jar is signed to the base and bears an impressed monogram.
