The Tek Sing (True Star) was a large Chinese junk that sank in 1822 while carrying a rich cargo of porcelain and other valuable goods. Discovered in 1999, the shipwreck revealed a treasure trove of artifacts, offering a glimpse into 19th-century Chinese craftsmanship and trade.
