– Glaze: This green base glaze with rich burnt orange colour cover glaze has been developed in our studio from scratch by our trained glaze technician (this is not a commercial glaze), using glaze chemistry to create the best possible durability for this non functional ware piece.
– Clay: The Buff clay body used for this plate has been fired to the manufacturers recommendation and according to their own data sheet has a very low absorption rate at that fired temperature.
– Technique: Pottery Slab Built
– Usage: Ideal as a decorative plate or as small condiments plate.

The ceramics clay we use at TMC Pottery is fired to the manufacturer’s recommended temperature. This ensures a very low absorption rate, as indicated in their own data sheets.
