Pottery is a lovely medium to work with, and it is very forgiving when it comes to playing around with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve put the decoration on the outside, you then grab a sponge that is slightly damp and start pushing the shape of the pot from the inside out, starting from the base and working your way up to the top, when you do get to the top of the pot make sure to ease off the pressure, so you do not start to create a wobbly wall or have it collapse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leave your pot under a plastic bag for 24 to 48 hours before trimming the base after you\u2019ve trimmed the base place it back under a plastic bag for the next couple weeks and allow to dry as slowly as possible to avoid any cracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again hope you enjoyed this post and as always
