Follow these steps to fashion your distinct masterpiece:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Collect Your Supplies: Start by gathering the necessary materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shaping template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bevel tool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wooden tool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cookie cutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clay knife<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foam sponge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Moulding the Form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilise your template to cut out four sides for the vase body. Plus cut out a base and two squares for decorative elements. Bevel the edges with the bevel tool where connections will be made. Score and slip the two square pieces. Apply your chosen pattern and place them on the clay slab. Score and slip the clay walls of the body. Bring together the body walls and base, pinching seams along all joining sides. Place clay coils internally along joins for reinforcement. Ensure the coils are securely attached by running your finger along them. Attach the final part of the body, score, slip, and pinch seams. Close up the shoulder of the vase, joining it. Smooth and compress seams with a wooden tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Introducing the Neck:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a cookie cutter and clay knife to cut a hole in the shoulder. Form the vase\u2019s neck using a strip of clay. Securely attach the neck to the shoulder, using the wooden tool to compress the join. Clean up the neck using a finger and foam sponge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4: Finalising Details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut a rectangular clay piece, cut a hole in it, and attach it to the vase\u2019s top. Ensure all joints are well-compressed and tidy up excess clay with a sponge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5: Completing Your Artistic Bottle Vase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once fully dry, bisque fire your vase. Apply your favourite glaze after bisque firing, and then refire in a glaze firing.
