I hope it helps! \ud83d\udc4c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1: Keep The Base Dry:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you start to bring in the top of the pot and begin closing the opening, make sure you do not have any water resting inside the pot, and if you do use a sponge to remove it, having a wet base will cause the clay to become saturated and prolong drying time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2: Forming The Top Lip:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you start forming the top lip and bring the clay in, it may be uneven due to the nature of the clay. Don\u2019t be afraid to trim the top off with a Potters needle to give you a nice flat look to the piece, this will also help minimise the risk of the lips being uneven<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3: Don\u2019t Play With The Walls:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve got the rough shape of the pot, don\u2019t be too tempted to play around with the walls, too much, especially with water. This type of shape is prone to collapse inwards due to a lot of stress being put on the clay. Because of the shape, gravity naturally wants the top part of the pot to come down, so having the walls too wet will compromise the structural integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also view some of our
