1. Roll out clay to an optimal 8mm thickness, ensuring the perfect foundation for your vase.

2. Cut two circular clay pieces using templates to form the vase body.
3. Place each piece on round plaster moulds, aligning them meticulously.
4. Once dry enough to handle, carefully remove and trim the edges to perfection.
5. Score, slip, and unite both halves to establish a seamless connection.
6. Pinch a seam, utilising clay tools to compress and smooth joins seamlessly.
7. Cut out feet using a cookie cutter, score, slip and attach feet to base.
8. Cut a hole in the centre of vase body with a cookie cutter for the neck of your vase.
9. Create a neck using a clay strip, securely attaching it around the hole with scoring and slipping.
10. Gradually widen the neck for a stylish, flared appearance.
11. Detail your vase with a damp sponge tool for a polished finish.
12. Enhance the surface by scoring with a ball tool to build up captivating texture.
13. Refine any rough areas with clay tools, especially where texture is applied.
14. Ensure thorough drying, covering your masterpiece with plastic bags to prevent uneven drying.
15. Bisque fire your piece before applying glaze, leading to the final glaze fire for a stunning finish.
